Pre-States Warm-Up Coaching Sessions 22-23 April

QLA is hosting two coaching sessions for those going to the states and looking for a boost before the regatta.

Venue and format

Sat 22 April - Held at RQYS commencing at 1300 (ending at 1600)

Aimed at intermediate and advanced ILCA sailors, this session will be aimed at those wanting to refine their race skills prior to the States. Coach Adrian Finglas will run the session so attendees will be getting access to one of Australia's top coaches.

Sun 23 April - Held at Humpybong Yacht Club (Woody Point) commencing at 0900 (ending at 1600)

Aimed at current ILCA sailors, this session will again have a racing focus with the opportunity to practice your skills on the waters that the States will be run on the following weekend. Coaching staff will be nominated closer to the date.
