The Men’s Radial Worlds in 2020 will be held at Sandringham Yacht Club in conjunction with the Women’s Radial Worlds. The latter is likely to be the selection regatta for Oceania region for the 2020 Olympics.
It is also likely that for the Men’s event the number of Australian entries will be capped. The ALCA has responsibility for ranking Australian sailors for capped ILCA events. The ALCA ranking procedure is explained here.
Because the entries & rankings for 2020 worlds will be finalised prior to the 2020 Australian Laser Nationals, then the 2019 Nationals in Devonport Tasmania will became the ranking regatta (unless ILCA modify the rules). It means that if you are planning to sail in the Men’s Radial Worlds in 2020 you should compete in the Tassie event in 2019 to give yourself the best chance.
